மன்னார்குடி கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்தையும், தஞ்சை மாவட்ட நிர்வாகத்தையும் எதிர்த்து நடைபெறவிருந்த கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டமும், தொடர் உண்ணாவிரதமும் இன்று காலை தஞ்சை துணைப் பொது மேலாளருடன் நடைபெற்ற பேச்சு வார்த்தையின் காரணமாக ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மாவட்டத் தலைவர் தோழர். பிரின்ஸ் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் மாநில துணைச் செயலர் தோழர். நடராஜன், TMTCLU மாவட்டச் செயலர் தோழர். கலைச்செல்வன், கிள்ளிவளவன், மேகநாதன், இளங்கோவன்,ராஜேஷ், மன்னை சேகர், செல்லையன், கூத்தாநல்லூர் பன்னீர்செல்வம் உள்ளிட்ட தோழர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர்.
ஏறக்குறைய அனைத்து கோரிக்கைகளுமே தீர்க்கப்பட்டதால் போராட்டம் உடனேயே விலக்கிக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.
டிரான்ஸ்பர் ஆடர் அனைவருக்கும் உடன் போடப்படும். நம்மால் கேட்கப்பட்ட மாற்றங்களுடன்.
மன்னை சேகர் பிரச்சனையில் உள்ள தாமதம் போக்கப்பட்டு அது விரைவில் தீர்க்கப்படும்.
பாதுகாவல் பணிக்கு ஒரு ஆள் உடன் போடப்படும். (போடப்பட்டு விட்டது.)
சந்தாதாரர்களுக்கு தொலைபேசி பில்கள் முறையாக அனுப்பிட உடன் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.
தொலைபேசி பழுதுகளை நீக்க தேவையான DROP ஒயர், 10 PAIR கேபிள் உடன் வழங்கப்படும்.
கேபிள் பழுதுக்கு கூடுதல் ஆள் கிடைக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்படும்.
இதுநாள் வரை வழங்கப்பட்டு வந்த 2 ம் சனிக்கிழமை விடுப்பு மீண்டும் கேட்கப்பட்டது ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படவில்லை. JCM ல் இப் பிரச்சினை BSNLEU வால் எழுப்பப்பட்டு இன்று அது சிக்கலாகி விட்டது. (எத்தினியோ CUT ல இதுவும் ஒண்ணுன்னு போகவேண்டியதுதான்).
போராட்டம் சுமுகமான முடிவுக்கு வர ஒத்துழைத்த நிர்வாகத்துக்கும், தலைவர்களுக்கும் நமது நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

ReplyDeleteWe the TTA's from Thanjavur SSA Tamilnadu Circle first to take initiative to start SNATTA in an organised manner in Tamilnadu Circle.
We the first to conduct District and State level Conferences and the very active SNATTA Circle secretary done a very nice job for the association is from Our SSA.
We the SNATTA ians from TN Circle have contributed more for Legal fund and we the largest contributor.
We attended in a large manner in all All India Conferences.
We sincerely follows all the instructions time to time given by CHQ in all endeavors.
And particularly we actively participate with the alliance framed by CHQ in elections.
But the sadest thing is now CHQ is neglecting TN Circle in JTO LICE Issue.
CHQ not even take a single step in this issue.
Our Alliance partner NFTE in TN Circle openly stating that JTO(O) are their loyal members.
We TN SNATTians contribute for legal fund for several cases all over India.
We need not asking financial help now but only Moral and legal support.
We going to suffer in all aspect in future like SDE Competitive exams in future at that time all other fellows from all other circle may have qualifying service but we wont due to this delay in declaring JTO LICE Result.
This making us very frustrated and motivate us to go against CHQ.
Iam very sorry to state the lines below, but we dont have other option.
TTA's from TN Circle kindly share your opinion about getting a stay for all other circle until the result declare for TN Circle.
Or
Atleast we get a stay for status quo may be maintained and to stop further proceedings in JTO LICE until result for TN Circle declares.
This is also to get attention of CHQ and BSNL Management towards TN Circle Issue.

Siva Shankar Prabakaran is saying correctly. In the next union election, our Honourable NFTE will simply say that "Tomorrow evening all TTAs will be directly promoted to JTOs. We have spoken with CMD". Our TAMILNADU NFTE will say "All will be promoted as SDEs" . We all ttas should think about the DOUBLE Role of NFTE which inturn favour for MANAGEMENT.

தஞ்சை பிரபாகரன் Without SNATTA NFTE would not get even a single SEAT in any council, But NFTE forgot it. If Just 4000 votes more gained by BSNLEU then NFTE will be zero. In next election it will be proved. I dnt know the scenario of SNATTA CHQ but in TN SNATTA would not be in alliance with NFTE Next time Im sure and regarding this an unanimous decision have to be arrived among our TTA;s .

Spa Gopalan In My SSA NFTE Cheated us by not giving a single LCM Seat to SNATTA and if we asked for that they idiotically said that we give one Post to TTA, and the we see who he is? He is Promotive TTA and ACS of NFTE.
